Within Pakistan:

Standard Shipping: 6-7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen conditions.

If your area is outside courier service, we’ll contact you to arrange alternative delivery.

Note:Orders above Rs. 15,000 require a 50% advance payment.

Conditions:

- Item must be unused, tagged, and in original packaging (sole not worn).
- Made-to-order sizes (if your size is out of stock) require an extra Rs. 1000.
- Sale items will be exchanged at their original price.
- No exchange for sizes 4, 5, 12, 13, custom designs (Khussa/Chapals), or kids’ sizes.

Process:

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll share a return label and instructions for sending your parcel.

Damages:

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Note:

- No refunds offered.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- Measure your foot and add 1.5 cm to know the sole length.

- These shoes are a slim fit.

Pick 1 size bigger if:

- Your feet are wide.

- You like more space for your toes.

- You are between two sizes.

As this product is entirely handmade, please avoid contact with water. In case it does get wet, allow it to air-dry naturally.

The product color may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or your screen settings. Any minor imperfections found are not defects but a sign of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of each handmade piece.
